Réalis is looking for aFacilities Manager THE LINE HUB 2on NEOM client site in KSA.
This position reports to the Senior Manager (Accommodation and Facilities) and will be responsible for overseeing the auditing and monitoring activities within NEOM THE LINE Hub Office Facilities. The Facilities Manager (FM) THE LINE HUB 2 will be responsible for developing and implementing audit plans, evaluating internal and external controls, assessing risk, and ensuring contractors and service providers are in compliance with laws and regulations.
This is a NEOM client site-based role in KSA.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement audit plans to evaluate the effectiveness of the contractor’s internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
Develop and implement monitoring programs to ensure ongoing compliance with laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
Conduct regular audits of the various O&M services provided by third-party contractors, such as janitorial services, landscaping, and building maintenance.
Monitor the performance of the O&M service providers to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets and quality standards.
Provide guidance to organisation staff and O&M service providers on audit, fraudprevention, and monitoring procedures.
Identify areas of risk and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks.
Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and work with O&M service providers to meet corrective action targets and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
Provide feedback to the O&M service providers and NEOM On-Site Welfare management.
Provide guidance and training to the Facilities Supervisor – THE LINE HUB 2 on audit and monitoring procedures.
Work with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary.
Prepare audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans, and present them tosenior managementand audit committees.
Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including maintenance technicians, engineers, and service delivery staff, to promoteeffective communicationandcollaboration.
Maintain customer confidence by ensuring confidentiality of company data as required.
Analyze, summarise, and interpret data; make appropriate recommendations and decisions related todocument management, write reports, and give oral presentations, as required.
Plan, organise, prioritise and perform multiple tasks to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in meetings and communicating updates and information to team members and other stakeholders as needed.
Stay up to date with industry developments, changes in regulations, and best practices in auditing and monitoring.
Knowledge, Skills, and
Experience:
Strong knowledge of ALL principles and processes involved in facility management, auditing and monitoring as well as regulatory requirements.
Previous experience in managing and conducting audits of financial statements, operational processes, developing recommendations to improve controls and procedures.
Knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance practices.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
