– Lead and supervise technical staff and contractors to deliver high-quality service and maintenance.
– Develop and manage budgets related to hard services and equipment maintenance.
– Respond promptly to facility emergencies, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
– Implement continuous improvement initiatives for facility operations and maintenance protocols.
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
