Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Abu Dhabi. The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Responsibilities include planning and supervising facilities management activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring optimal functionality of all on-site systems and infrastructure. The role also includes analyzing project progress, preparing reports, and managing resources effectively to meet project objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of facilities management, building maintenance, and construction project management
- Experience in stakeholder coordination, team supervision, and resource planning
- Proficiency in building information modeling (BIM) tools and related technologies
- Technical expertise in safety standards, compliance, and quality control
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple projects effectively
- Educational background in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or construction are a plus
- Experience managing construction-related facilities in the UAE is highly desirable
