Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Facilities Management Professional to oversee the planning, development, and management of our facilities operations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and mentor a team of facilities management professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of facilities, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Manage maintenance, repair, and improvement projects efficiently and cost-effectively.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational optimization.
Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost control without compromising service quality.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers to maximize value.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and best practices in facilities management.
Develop and maintain risk management strategies to address potential operational disruptions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and government entities.
Address and resolve escalated facilities-related concerns effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Mall Experience is a mandate.
10+ years of progressive experience in facilities management
Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and best practices in facilities management.
Proven experience in managing large-scale facilities, multi-site operations, or complex environments.
