Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Manager with an engineering background to oversee the operations, maintenance, and infrastructure of a facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functioning of all building systems while adhering to strict safety, security, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and civil systems.
- Lead a team of technical staff and contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure facility compliance with UAE regulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on infrastructure projects.
- Oversee facility budgeting, procurement, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of engineering systems, safety protocols, and UAE regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
