Role Purpose:
To oversee the maintenance and operations of facilities across all branches in Saudi Arabia. This role requires expertise in various maintenance disciplines, including plumbing, electrical systems, civil works, HVAC, cold storage cooling units, loading dock levelers, and general accommodation and office maintenance.
Key Accountabilities:
Daily Operation
Facility Maintenance Management: Ensure the effective maintenance and operation of all facility systems, including plumbing, electrical, civil works, HVAC, cold storage units, and loading dock levelers.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of all facility systems.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train facility maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices.
Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the facility maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on maintenance activities, challenges, and project statuses to the Construction and Facility National Manager.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external contractors and providers for specialized maintenance services and repairs.
Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency maintenance responses and repairs to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
Policies, Processes & Procedures
Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Follow standard operational procedures to ensure that all assigned tasks are carried out safely and with good quality per specified standards mentioned in the SOP.

Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree OR Similar business field.
5 years of progressive field experience.
Proficiency in various maintenance disciplines, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and civil works.
Experience in managing maintenance across multiple branches or locations.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Familiarity with maintenance management software and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
