We are looking for an experienced Facility Engineer with a background in Civil or Electrical Engineering to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily facility maintenance activities.
- Monitor building systems, maintenance works, and site conditions.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Inspect facilities and identify required repairs and improvements.
- Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of works.
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain service records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Respond to urgent maintenance and facility-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant facility management/maintenance experience.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and facility operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is required.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
