Key Responsibilities

Answering Calls & Emails:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries regarding facility needs, maintenance requests, and general questions.
Ensure calls and messages are documented and addressed in a timely manner.
Maintenance Coordination:
Follow up with site engineers and service providers to schedule repairs, inspections, and routine maintenance.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and to maintain quality standards.
Complaint Resolution:
Serve as the first point of contact for facility-related complaints or incidents.
Coordinate with the appropriate teams to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution.
Documentation & Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance requests, completed work orders, and vendor interactions.
Compile reports and updates to share with management, highlighting key issues and resolutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,400.00 – AED2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Bachelor’s (Required)
