Nationality:
Any GCC National, Indian Gender: Male Vacancy Job Description Supervise and coordinate façade installation activities (ACP, curtain wall, glass, cladding, etc.) on-site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Monitor and guide a team of workers, ensuring efficient manpower and equipment usage.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with safety and design standards.
Maintain daily progress records and report any delays or issues to site management.
Ensure safe work practices are followed and that PPE is worn by all team members.
Raise material and tool requests as needed for uninterrupted site progress.
Attend toolbox talks and safety meetings regularly.
Support the team with
hands-on
guidance and resolve site-level problems promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification &
Experience:
High school diploma or technical certificate in civil, mechanical, or architectural field
Minimum 5 years of experience in façade works, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
