Facade Project Manager Jobs in Dubai, UAE at Confidential Company
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for facade works.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the facade design is feasible and aligns with the project’s objectives.
Lead project teams and manage resources to deliver the facade system on time, within budget, and to specification.
Design & Technical Coordination:
Review and approve facade designs, ensuring compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Work with design teams and specialists to optimize the performance, aesthetics, and cost-effectiveness of the facade system.
Coordinate the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for facade materials and systems.
Manage procurement activities for materials, systems, and subcontractors related to facade works.
Conduct tendering processes and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and manage relationships with external vendors.
Quality Control
& Assurance:
Monitor all stages of the project to ensure high-quality workmanship, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety regulations.
Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure all work is performed according to the approved plans and project requirements.
Address any issues related to quality or performance of facade systems promptly.
Cost & Budget Control:
Monitor project costs and financial performance to ensure projects remain within budget.
Prepare and review project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
Manage change orders, claims, and variations to prevent scope creep and maintain financial control.
Facade experience of 4-5 years as PM in leading tier 1 company of UAE or GCC, total experience of 10+ in facade.
