Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Façade Estimation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for façade, curtain wall, cladding, and glazing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for façade systems.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare tender submissions and bid documentation.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in façade estimation and tendering.
- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and façade materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
