Role Summary
Perform high-rise facade cleaning using rope access techniques while complying with IRATA standards and HSE requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean glass facades, curtain walls, ACP panels, cladding, signage, skylights and canopies using rope access.
- Inspect and use rope access equipment safely under IRATA Level 2/3 supervision.
- Follow HSE procedures, PPE requirements and risk assessments.
- Report facade defects and equipment issues.
- Maintain daily work and inspection records.
Requirements
- Valid IRATA Level 1 certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of facade cleaning/rope access experience.
- Facilities Management or high-rise maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of rope rigging, work at height, and safe equipment handling.
- Physically fit with good communication and teamwork skills.
