Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance and testing for web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our software products.
Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Conduct manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools.
Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Continuously improve testing strategies and QA processes.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies.
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or Appium.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Experience in writing test scripts and automation frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in fintech or testing financial applications is preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Performance testing experience using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Experience with security testing and best practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Able to start immediately.
