Fabricator Jobs in Mussafah at Blue Gulf Ship Builders L.L.C
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Perform cutting, grinding, fitting, and fabrication of steel and aluminum components
- Assemble structural parts such as hull sections, bulkheads, frames, and decks
- Carry out tack welding and alignment prior to final welding
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., cutting torch, grinders, bending machines)
- Ensure proper measurement, layout, and dimensional accuracy
- Conduct repairs and modifications on ship structures
- Follow safety procedures and shipyard regulations at all times
- Coordinate with welders, supervisors, and other trades
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of shipyard or heavy fabrication experience
- Strong knowledge of marine fabrication techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and ISO standards
- Experience working with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Familiarity with cutting tools, welding basics, and fabrication equipment
- Good understanding of safety standards in shipbuilding
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Fabrication, Mechanical, or related field
- Experience in offshore or marine projects
- Basic welding certification is an advantage

Pay: AED1,600.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
