Key Responsibilities:
Handle and convert high-quality Off-Plan leads, multiple campaigns currently running
Build and maintain relationships with clients and investors
Conduct property viewings and presentations
Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
Negotiate and finalize property deals with confidence
Work closely with developers and clients to close transactions efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan or Secondary)
Proven track record of closing deals successfully
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
RERA certification is an advantage
Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven
