We are seeking a highly experienced Fabrication Manager to lead our aluminum workshop. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing the fabrication of aluminum windows, sliding doors, entrance doors, folding doors, curtain walls, skylights, pergolas, louvers, handrails, glass partitions, and other architectural aluminum and glazing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality fabrication, maximum productivity, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all daily workshop fabrication operations.
- Plan and control fabrication schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, glazing, and quality control.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, and Installation teams.
- Monitor production efficiency, material utilization, and inventory.
- Lead, train, and motivate workshop personnel.
- Ensure machinery is properly maintained and workplace safety standards are followed.
- Drive continuous improvement to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in aluminum fabrication, with at least 3 years in a Fabrication Manager or similar leadership role.
- Extensive experience in the fabrication of aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, pergolas, louvers, glass partitions, and other architectural aluminum systems.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum profile systems, glazing, fabrication techniques, and architectural hardware.
- Ability to read and interpret shop and fabrication drawings.
- Proven experience in production planning, quality control, manpower management, and delivery scheduling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- GCC experience is highly preferred.
