Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire steel fabrication process ensuring adherence to complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop and implement efficient fabrication methodologies to optimize material usage and minimize waste.
- Manage and coordinate skilled fabrication teams, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks at every stage of fabrication from material inspection to final assembly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- GCC experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in steel fabrication with a proven track record.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and CAD models.
- Strong understanding of welding processes, metallurgy, and material properties of steel.
