Job description
Philippine’s barista needed with good customer service and target oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of Speciality coffee beverages.
inventory and stock counting
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and answering questions about the menu
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
Operate coffee equipment and machinery, ensuring quality standards are met
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista and customer service is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and passion for great coffee
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [5 kg.]
