Role Objective
To provide premium eyelash and eyebrow services in alignment with the salon’s luxury standards, delivering exceptional results through professional techniques while ensuring the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Detailed role & responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations and recommend the most suitable lash and brow services based on individual needs.
- Perform all types of eyelash extension services, including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Russian Volume, Mega Volume, Wispy, Wet Look, Lash Refills, and Lash Removal.
- Perform professional Eyelash Lifting services.
- Perform Eyebrow Lamination services.
- Provide eyebrow shaping and cleaning using threading, waxing, or tweezing.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure long-lasting results.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sterilization, and infection control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation.
- Ensure all products are properly stored, labeled, and used according to salon standards
- Conduct regular stock counts, report low inventory, and submit timely reorder requests to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist in promoting salon retail products and additional beauty services.
- Adapt to service updates and operational changes as directed by management.
Educational Qualifications : Beauty certification in Eyelash Extensions and related beauty services from a recognized beauty institution.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a high-end salon.
Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
