Job Summary
Responsible for operating, training, and maintaining HDPE extrusion processes and machines that continuously extrude polyethylene spoolable pipes and liners.
Responsibilities, Accountability & Authority
Determine extrusion machine setup procedures and select appropriate dies and tips.
Set controls to regulate raw materials, melting temperatures, sizing rings, vacuum, water flow, air pressure, and chiller tanks.
Read and interpret product run sheets and drawings.
Control machine parameters to synchronize feed and extrusion speed.
Identify defects and implement process controls to meet product specifications.
Review inspection results and document findings on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Perform repairs and joints.
Roll extruded products onto spools.
Analyze breakdowns and organize spares and repair jobs.
Maintain and control process inventory of tools, spares, and consumables.
Ensure company policies and procedures are always enforced and adhered to.
Be responsible for product quality and process efficiency.
Supervise employee job execution, including training, performance evaluation, and employee relations.
Ensure proper housekeeping and control of equipment and materials in manufacturing.
Comply with all company and HSE policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education/Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in extrusion processes, preferably in the Middle East.
Strong computer skills (Outlook & MS Office).
Fluent in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
Experience with QMS.
