Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international sales growth for a UAE-based perfume brand. The role involves expanding distributor networks, managing key export markets, and achieving revenue targets globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export sales strategies across GCC, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
- Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
- Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify new markets, pricing opportunities, and competitor trends.
- Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and production teams for smooth execution.
- Participate in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in export sales, preferably perfumes/cosmetics/luxury goods.
- Strong network in international distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE export procedures and global trade practices.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Arabic/Hindi/French language advantage.
- Experience handling private label or premium fragrance brands.
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Perfume Export : 5 years (Required)
- Whole and Dist Channel in Asia and Africa -Perfume: 5 years (Required)
