KEA Building Contracting LLC is seeking a Civil Draftsman with 3-5 years of experience in UAE luxury villa projects, landscaping, and swimming pool works. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit software and have a strong understanding of detailed drafting and design coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in civil drafting
Expertise in luxury villa projects, landscaping, and swimming pool works
Proficiency in Revit Software (mandatory) including BIM coordination and modeling.
Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and construction detailing Ability to produce high-quality technical drawings and documentation
