Export Sales Coordinator Jobs in Dubai at Genius HRTech Dubai

One of the mid size growing firm in trading and distribution is looking to hire a export sales coordinator to join their team in Dubai. Our client is a stable operation with growth phase in the region and is seeking a competent profesional in their sales department .The applicant who will play a critical role in managing export documentation, customer communication, shipment coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations;

  • Manage all export-related correspondence with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare Proforma Invoices and Commercial Invoices.
  • Coordinate shipping quotations, vessel schedules, cut-off dates, and Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding container placement, loading plans, inventory movement, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry tracking.
  • Verify shipment documentation including Load Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, Export Permits, and Switch Bills of Lading.
  • Prepare and process Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation and coordinate submissions with banks.
  • Coordinate Certificate of Origin applications with the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Process customer payment confirmations and Statement of Account requests.
  • Arrange courier dispatch of original shipping documents and provide shipment tracking.
  • Maintain Direct Shipment schedules and provide management updates.
  • Prepare Exit Papers, Transfer of Ownership documents, Non-Returnable (NR) documentation, and customs submissions.

Required Candidate profile :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Export Documentation or International Logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and export procedures.
  • Experience with Letters of Credit (L/C), Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and customs documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, young and energtic.
