Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamicDelivery Manager to lead the design, development, and successful delivery of Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVA) solutions, including voice-enabled applications powered by Generative AI. This role involves overseeing high-impact projects, including government and private sector initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and cutting-edge AI technologies to deliver innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional program management skills, driving innovation, aligning with client objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions on time, within scope, and industry standards.
Responsibilities
Delivery Management
:
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IVA and voice-based AI projects across sectors.
AI & Generative Technology Integration
:
Provide leadership in integrating Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering to create scalable virtual assistants.
Voice Technology Implementation
:
Oversee voice tech integration (speech recognition, NLP, synthesis) ensuring seamless user experiences.
Stakeholder Management
:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to align project goals and timelines.
Cross-functional Team Leadership
:
Coordinate with AI specialists, engineers, designers, and analysts for successful project execution.
Risk & Issue Management
:
Identify risks and create mitigation strategies for project success.
Project Planning & Execution
:
Define goals, timelines, budgets, and oversee execution to meet standards.
Quality Assurance
:
Ensure solutions meet quality standards, user experience, and compliance.
Integration Management
:
Lead integration of IVAs with existing systems and databases.
Progress Reporting
:
Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Change Management
:
Manage scope changes and stakeholder alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years in delivery management, with a focus on AI technologies and managing large-scale projects in government and private sectors.
3+ years hands-on experience with AI and voice technologies, NLP, machine learning, and frameworks like GPT, BERT.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects using Agile and traditional methodologies.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field.
Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
