- Minimum 2 years of beauty training experience, conducting training for beauty industries
- Must possess a professional certification in Beauty & Spa / Expertise in Salon and Spa Services
- Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities.
- High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills – English
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
- Able to start work immediately
