Key Responsibilities:
Resolve issues and recommend ways to better care for patients
You will address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and work towards improving patient satisfaction by facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as Patient Relation Executive, with medical background.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Professional attitude and appearance.
· Solid written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
· Customer service attitude.
