Oasis Living Real Estate is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Secondary and Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our expanding team.
We’re especially interested in professionals who speak Spanish, Polish,Russian or Romanian, helping us serve our growing international client base.
As part of our growth strategy, we’re investing in local marketing campaigns and launching roadshows, exhibitions, and community events to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads while strengthening our presence across Dubai.
Who We’re Looking For
✔ Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (Secondary and/or Off-Plan)
✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
✔ Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented professionals
✔ Spanish, Polish,Russian or Romanian speakers are highly preferred
What We Offer
Competitive basic salary AED 4,000
Attractive commission structure (50%–70%) plus basic salary
