– Proven experience as a real estate agent specializing in Dubai’s secondary property market.
– Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in Dubai.
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
– Valid real estate license and compliance with all local regulatory requirements.
