About the Role
ALV Global Properties is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Property Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
Please apply only if you have a minimum of 2 years of Dubai real estate experience in Off-Plan, Secondary Sales, or Leasing. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be shortlisted.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales through qualified leads and networking.
- Sell and lease residential and commercial properties.
- Handle Off-Plan, Secondary Market, and Leasing transactions.
- Conduct professional property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Negotiate and successfully close property transactions.
- Follow up with leads using the CRM system.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends and new developments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai Real Estate experience.
- Experience in Off-Plan, Secondary Sales, or Leasing.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Preferred
- Own visa.
- UAE Driving License.
Compensation
- AED 2,000 Fixed Salary
- 70% Commission
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
