Job Title: Business Development Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in various industries across the UAE.
Develop customized recruitment and staffing proposals based on client requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and market penetration.
Meet and exceed sales targets through new client acquisition and retention.
Prepare and deliver engaging business presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and agreements with clients
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the timely and effective delivery of client mandates.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote the company’s brand and services.
Leverage existing networks and build new ones to expand the client base.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience in recruitment, staffing solutions, or a related field, with a strong focus on the UAE market.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and industry dynamics.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
