Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Mason / Tile Fixer / Block Mason to join our team for villa, fit-out, landscaping, and construction projects across Dubai. The candidate should have experience in block work, plastering, tile fixing, and general masonry finishing works with the ability to deliver quality work as per project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform block work, brickwork, and masonry works.
- Carry out internal and external plastering works.
- Install floor and wall tiles, including cutting, alignment, grouting, and finishing.
- Prepare surfaces and apply mortar, adhesives, and finishing materials.
- Read basic drawings and follow site instructions.
- Repair and maintain masonry, plaster, and tile works.
- Maintain tools and follow safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to complete work on time.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–3 years of experience as a Mason, Tile Fixer, Tile Mason, or Block Mason.
- UAE/GCC construction experience preferred.
- Experience in villa projects, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance works.
- Knowledge of plastering, tile installation, block work, and finishing materials.
- Ability to use masonry tools and tile cutting machines.
- Good workmanship, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
