Experienced Maintenance Engineer for Real Estate/ Building Maintenance Company Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Al Calily Contracting & General Maintenance
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with bellow requirements,
Key Responsibilities :
1. Facility Operations & Maintenance:
Oversee the daily operations of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety equipment.
Schedule and supervise regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
Monitor the performance of service providers and ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
2. Team Supervision:
Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, custodians, and other facility staff. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide necessary training to team members. Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
3. Preventive Maintenance Planning, Reporting & Documentation.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for maintenance and project work. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective services. Monitor and evaluate contractor performance for adherence to agreed terms. Coordinate office/flat moves, renovations, and new equipment installations. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and systems. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and monitor equipment lifecycle. Maintain accurate documentation of facility operations, maintenance schedules, and inventory. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on facility performance and improvements.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
UAE driving license is a plus point.
With at least 4 years’ experience in UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
