JobPurpose:
Acts as Air Arabia’s ambassador; strives to achieve customers’ loyalty and promote a positive corporate image by enhancing the overall customers’ experience.
Provides excellent customer service, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle.
Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights.
Safety Measures
:
Instructs passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort at all times.
Identifies safety and security risks and partners with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial action according to SOPs.Administers first aid to passengers where necessary.
Informs relevant personnel of irregularities and malfunctions promptly.
Customer Service:
Welcomes passengers and assists in boarding formalities, entering data into the aircraft log book as per adopted procedures.
Provides constant excellent customer services by attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs.
Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties according to corresponding policies and procedures.
Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and ‘Charity Cloud’ program by promoting meals, products, and charity services efficiently.
Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received against individual sales and donations managed.
Crosschecking And Reports:
Carries out pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, and other specified equipment prior to take off.
Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is cleaned thoroughly at transit stations and adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided before flying.
Ensures orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff.
Carries out post-flight briefing and assessment reports according to adopted policies and procedures.
Accounts to Cabin Supervisor for passenger conduct and carries out duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated by the Captain.
Maintains necessary professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent trainings and workshops.
Important Requirements:
Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
Weight:
Proportionate to Age and Height Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform
Medically/Physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
Ability to swim with aid of a flotation device
Qualifications:
Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable; diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value.
Fit to fly, good general health, no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Language:
Fluent in Written and Spoken English.
Work Experience:
Previous experience as a cabin crew in Airlines is a must.
Active cabin crew license is an advantage.
Capable of working in shift patterns and extended working hours.
