Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for an Experienced Admin Assistant / Receptionist (Tagalog Speaker). The role involves managing front-desk responsibilities such as answering phone calls, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and welcoming visitors. Additional tasks include providing administrative support to the executive team, organizing documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The candidate will also assist with clerical tasks and maintain a professional and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain property listings and client databases
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Handle correspondence and client inquiries
  • Prepare and review documentation and contracts
  • Support marketing and promotional activities
  • Assist with financial transactions and reports

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Capability in Clerical Skills such as filing, scheduling, and record management
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English is required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in administrative or reception roles is preferred
