Exhibition Sales Manager Jobs in Al Kuwait, Kuwait at Artex Exhibitions

The Exhibition Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving all sales activities across Artex’s portfolio of exhibitions in Kuwait and the GCC. The role requires a senior commercial professional who can build and manage a sales team, develop strategic client relationships, and take full ownership of booth sales revenue targets across the annual events calendar. This is a key leadership position reporting directly to the founders, with significant influence over the commercial direction of the company.

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for each exhibition in the Artex calendar
  • Set individual and team booth sales targets per event and ensure they are met
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for exhibitor acquisition
  • Build and maintain a high-value pipeline of corporate accounts, brands, and industry players
  • Lead by example by personally managing key accounts and high-value deals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning strategy

Team Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage the sales team including sales representatives and agents
  • Set clear KPIs and performance targets for each team member
  • Conduct regular one-on-one reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings
  • Motivate and develop the team to consistently exceed individual and collective targets
  • Create a high-performance sales culture built on accountability and results

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key exhibitor accounts and strategic partners
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers across target industries
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts within approved commercial parameters
  • Ensure exhibitor satisfaction from contract signing through to event delivery
  • Drive repeat participation and referrals from existing exhibitor base

Coordination & Reporting

  • Report directly to the founders on all commercial matters, pipeline performance, and strategic opportunities
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the founding team
  • Work closely with operations and marketing to align sales activity with event delivery
  • Contribute to commercial planning, pricing strategy, and budgeting for each event
  • Oversee CRM management and ensure data integrity across all accounts
  • Represent Artex at industry functions, trade events, and senior client meetings

Stakeholder & Founder Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with the founders to shape the commercial vision of the company
  • Provide market intelligence and on-the-ground feedback to inform business decisions
  • Participate in leadership discussions on event concepts, expansion plans, and new market opportunities
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to the founding team in building Artex’s reputation in the Kuwait exhibitions market
