We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Manager who will be responsible for the complete management of the exhibition, including overseeing purchasing operations to ensure product availability and achieve optimal profit margins.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the exhibition daily with high efficiency.
- Achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.
- Supervise the work team (scheduling, training, evaluation).
- Manage inventory and ensure the constant availability of essential products.
- Plan and execute purchasing operations (local and international).
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality.
- Analyze sales data and identify the most in-demand products.
- Coordinate with marketing to enhance exhibition visibility and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing exhibitions or retail stores.
- Experience in purchasing and supplier relations.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using systems (POS / Excel / inventory systems).
- Experience in a similar product field is preferred.
