Executive Secretary to CEO Jobs in Sharjah at Green Plate LLC
We are seeking an experienced Charge Hand with a minimum of 5 years in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site coordination, manage workforce tasks, and ensure safety compliance, while efficiently solving on-site issues and interpreting blueprints.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate project tasks to ensure timely completion.
Interpret site plans, MEP layouts, and safety guidelines.
Supervise daily work and assist foremen with on-site coordination.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor progress.
Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out.
Strong technical knowledge of tools, materials, and procedures.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience in workforce management and site supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
