Executive Secretary Jobs in Dubai at Karst Landscapes LLC

We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive with excellent Teli sales Experience communication skills and sales experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identifying potential customers (prospects) who might be interested in the product or service.

2. Qualifying Leads

Evaluating the potential of leads to determine if they are worth pursuing.
Ensuring the lead meets certain criteria, such as budget, needs, authority to make purchasing decisions, and readiness to buy (BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).

3. Customer Relationship Building

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
Regularly following up with prospects and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Providing personalized service to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

4. Presenting and Demonstrating Products/Services

Presenting products or services to potential customers in a way that addresses their specific needs or pain points.
Offering demonstrations or samples (in-person or virtual) to showcase the product’s features and benefits.
Tailoring presentations to different customer profiles to highlight how the product or service will benefit them.

5. Sales Negotiation

Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
Handling objections and concerns effectively to overcome any barriers to making a sale.
Ensuring that the customer fully understands the product’s value and how it fits their requirements.

6. Closing the Sale

Finalizing the sale and obtaining commitments from customers, which might involve signing contracts or processing orders.
Ensuring all terms and agreements are clear, and the customer is ready to proceed with the purchase.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the company.

7. Sales Reporting

Tracking sales performance and providing regular reports to sales managers or team leaders.
Analyzing sales data to understand trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Meeting sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

8. Product Knowledge

Developing a deep understanding of the products or services being sold.
Staying updated on new product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
Communicating the value proposition clearly to potential customers.

9. Customer Support and After-Sales Care

Assisting customers post-sale to ensure smooth product delivery, implementation, and satisfaction.
Handling returns, exchanges, or complaints in a professional manner.
Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.

10. Market Research and Feedback

Gathering feedback from customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Monitoring competitors and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
Reporting customer insights to relevant teams (e.g., product development or marketing).

11. Team Collaboration

Collaborating with other members of the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and feedback.
Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing, customer service, and product teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

12. Continuing Education and Self-Improvement

Keeping up with training opportunities, workshops, and industry events to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
Seeking personal development opportunities to stay competitive in the sales field.

13. Time Management and Organization

Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks, especially when handling multiple leads or accounts.
Keeping organized to manage a large pipeline and ensure no opportunities are missed.
Using various methods to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, and attending trade shows or events.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
