Overview: As a Legal Executive Search Headhunter, you will leverage your expertise in the legal industry to connect high-caliber candidates with leading firms and organizations. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, sourcing candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments.

Understand client requirements, culture, and strategic goals to effectively match candidates.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media, to identify potential candidates.

Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and talent availability.

Candidate Assessment:

Evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments.

Provide clients with comprehensive candidate profiles and recommendations.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on the legal market landscape, including emerging trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.

Provide insights to clients regarding market conditions and talent availability.

Networking:

Attend legal industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and expand your professional network.

Engage with legal professionals to enhance your understanding of their career aspirations.

Reporting and Metrics:

Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placements using the company’s CRM system.

Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing and placement strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a degree in law or legal studies is preferred.

Proven experience in executive search or recruitment within the legal sector.

Strong understanding of the legal industry, including the various practice areas and career paths.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Working Conditions:

This role may require travel to meet clients and candidates.

Flexibility in working hours, as some candidate interactions may occur outside regular business hours. European workings hours – 12pm to 8pm UAE
