About the Role
The Executive Producer Video Production will oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality video projects, from concept to completion. As a creative leader and strategic thinker, the ideal candidate will also play a pivotal role in developing compelling pitches and proposals while fostering strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Development:
Lead the creative vision and strategic direction for video production projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Pitching and Proposals:
Develop and present innovative ideas to secure new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
Production Oversight:
Oversee all stages of video production, including pre-production, shooting, and post-production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Team Leadership:
Manage and inspire production teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and a collaborative environment.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, secure funding, and manage resources effectively to deliver cost-efficient projects.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain the highest standards of creativity, production quality, and innovation.
Qualifications
