Lead, train, and supervise the pastry team across all locations, ensuring consistency in quality, presentation, and operations.

Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP and local regulations.

Collaborate with outlet managers and culinary leadership to align dessert menus with overall brand positioning and seasonal promotions to attract new customers and boost the revenues

Monitor and manage food costs, inventory, waste, and labor efficiency across outlets.

Stay current with industry trends and continuously innovate with new recipes and techniques.

Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of all pastry equipment.

Oversee production schedules and ensure timely preparation and delivery of pastry items to each outlet.
