Executive Manager – Building Materials
Suliter International Building Materials Trading L.L.C is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Executive Manager to lead business operations, drive growth, and contribute directly to the company’s overall performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution across departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business, sales, and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage teams, ensuring accountability and strong performance.
- Develop key client and business relationships and identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Monitor sales, operations, payments, and overall business performance.
- Take ownership of key business decisions and resolve operational and client-related issues effectively.
- Report directly to management on business performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience – mandatory.
- Proven track record in an Executive Manager, General Manager or similar senior management role within the building materials/construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE building materials and construction market.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, business growth, and profitability.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Professional, confident, commercially minded, and capable of working independently.
