Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage cross-border road freight operations and distribution management. Ensure smooth fleet management processes, including daily shipment tracking and timely delivery. Develop a strong geographical understanding of the GCC region to optimize operations. Analyze and visualize operational data regularly to provide actionable insights for internal teams and clients, presented in Excel and PowerPoint formats. Prepare and manage documentation for import/export activities.
Coordinate shipment inquiries with central teams and liaise with transporters for efficient movement. Handle bonded movements, including JAFZA operations, and ensure compliance. Implement standardized operational intelligence solutions and monitor process effectiveness. Provide feedback on data-related issues and assist with ad hoc projects to ensure timely completion. Liaise with third-party logistics providers and overseas partners to streamline operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
: Â 2-3 years of experience in a similar domain (preferred).
Skills Required:
Expertise in distribution and logistics management. Proficiency in preparing reports for management reviews. Strong coordination skills with import/export documentation and warehouse teams. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively. Â #J-18808-Ljbffr
