A Saudi semi-government organization is looking for an Executive Director for Strategic Partnerships who will lead, develop, and oversee the formulation and implementation of strategic objectives through the development of comprehensive, integrated plans and ongoing performance monitoring.
This includes managing the establishment of new strategic partnerships that support performance indicators and contribute to the realization of Saudi Vision 2030.
It also involves exploring alternative funding sources for current and future initiatives, overseeing both existing and potential partnerships aligned with strategic goals, and coordinating with executive entities, the private sector, the nonprofit sector, and relevant Vision Realization stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leading the development and continuous update of strategic and execution plans related to organizational performance, ensuring effective implementation through supervising day-to-day operations of the strategic planning function, and providing direction to achieve the highest standards of performance.
Overseeing the enhancement of strategic KPIs selection, reviewing departmental targets to ensure feasibility and alignment, and establishing an integrated performance management framework across departments.
Supervising the preparation of organizational performance reports and strategic KPI dashboards, identifying risks and obstacles, and ensuring alignment with strategic plans and timely mitigation.
Exploring and managing strategic partnership opportunities that support overarching goals, including forming strategic agreements and identifying alternative funding sources for ongoing and future initiatives.
Managing current and potential partnerships while fostering collaboration with executive entities, the private sector, the nonprofit sector, and relevant Vision Realization Programs to avoid duplication and maximize impact.
Implementing suitable methodologies to periodically assess strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring continuous improvement in strategic planning and institutional performance, and reporting accordingly.
Supervising related functions and staff, monitoring performance, and generating regular reports; analyzing nonconformities and taking corrective actions as needed.
Setting quality objectives and operational performance indicators, and systematically tracking their progress.
Leading improvement projects and monitoring their implementation to enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or an equivalent field
A Master’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field is preferred.
12+ YoE, including 5+ years in a managerial role within relevant sectors such as consulting, corporate, banking, joint-stock companies, or semi-governmental entities, in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
