UCC Holding is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Executive Director to lead the execution of a major 2.5 Billion Cubic Meters per Annum (BCMA) EPC project in Kazakhstan. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and successful delivery of the project, ensuring it meets all technical, commercial, safety, and environmental standards. This role demands strong leadership, extensive experience in large-scale EPC projects, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of the 2.5 BCMA EPC project, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and performance monitoring systems.
Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Ensure full compliance with international and local safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Manage project financials, cost control, risk mitigation, and reporting to executive leadership.
Coordinate and manage communication with clients, government bodies, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Lead large, cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
Resolve project challenges and drive decision-making at the highest level.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 20 years of experience in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or related EPC industry, with at least 10 years in executive leadership roles.
Proven track record in managing complex EPC projects over USD $1 billion.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Central Asia or remote/international project locations is an advantage.
Should have previous experience in Kazakh Market
Must have Russian language skills
