Mughale A’azam Restaurant is a growing multi-cuisine restaurant serving Indian, Mughlai, Arabic Grills, BBQ, Biryani, . We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to

lead our kitchen development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall kitchen operations.

Prepare and supervise Indian, Mughlai, Arabic, BBQ, Grill, and Biryani dishes.

Develop new menu items and seasonal specials.

Control food cost, wastage, and inventory.

Maintain food quality and consistency.

Train and supervise kitchen staff.

Ensure compliance with Dubai

Municipality food safety standards.

Plan purchasing requirements and stock control.

Coordinate with management on promotions and menu engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 8-10 years of professional culinary experience.

Minimum 3 years as Sous Chef in UAE.

Strong knowledge of:

Indian & Mughlai Cuisine

Arabic Grills & BBQ

Biryani & Rice Dishes

Continental Breakfast & Fast Casual

Menu

Experience in food costing and kitchen management.

Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.

HACCP/Food Safety knowledge preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 5000 – 6000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
