Executive Chef – Bakery & Pastry Jobs in Doha at Doha Cool and Fog W.L.L.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bakery and pastry production.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety compliance.
- Develop new products and improve existing recipes.
- Manage production planning, cost control, and waste reduction.
- Lead, train, and develop the bakery team.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in bakery and pastry production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in a food manufacturing facility, industrial bakery, or large-scale production environment.
- Strong knowledge of bakery operations, product development, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Culinary, Baking & Pastry, or related qualifications preferred.
