- Minimum 10–12 years' progressive culinary leadership experience, including at least 4 years in a multi-outlet or multi-brand Executive Chef role.
- Proven experience managing diverse, multi-generational kitchen teams in the GCC; demonstrated ability to earn the respect of senior, experienced chefs.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in South Asian cuisine , first-hand command of South Asian technique is essential to lead both kitchens and earn the respect of their teams.
- Track record of recipe standardization, COGS control, and menu costing at scale.
- Experience contributing to or leading franchise/replication readiness (SOP authorship, training systems) strongly preferred.
- Formal culinary qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, WACS-recognized diploma or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of Qatar/GCC food safety and municipality requirements.
