ALL | IN is seeking an experienced, creative and commercially minded Executive Chef to lead culinary development across ambitious restaurant and hospitality projects.
This position is based in Qatar and requires flexibility to travel for business when needed.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong expertise in Oriental and European cuisines
- Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
- Previous professional experience in the GCC
- A strong understanding of GCC culture and dining preferences
- Proven experience in menu development and culinary R&D
- Knowledge of emerging food trends, ingredients and techniques
- Expertise in food costing, HACCP and quality control
- Experience developing recipes, SOPs, training materials and franchise manuals
- Strong leadership, training and team-development skills
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar
- Flexibility to undertake regional or international business trips
Fluent English is essential. Arabic or French would be an advantage.
