We are hiring an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food preparation and ensuring high quality and delicious meals are served to our customers. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
Canadian nationality is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative menus and dishes that meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
- Train and manage kitchen staff including chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to established standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies and order as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role.
- Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff.
- Experience in managing inventory levels and controlling food costs.
- Must have a valid visa for working in Jeddah or be willing to obtain one independently.
- Fluent English language skills required.
